We are a young, innovative and dynamic team whose activities are carried out in a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a talented and meticulous reviser-proofreader.


What you will do

  • Revise and proofread material translated from English to French to ensure accuracy, cohesion and clarity
  • Review content intended for various platforms (web sites, mobile applications, etc.) to ensure the best possible user experience (UX)
  • Occasionally translate brief sections of content from English to French on short notice
  • Ensure that content is consistent with Canada Life’s brand
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and obtain their approval as needed
  • Serve anglophone clients

What you will bring

  • Post-secondary diploma in translation, literature, communications, or a related field
  • Mastery of the French language and in-depth knowledge of English (English materials, collaborating with other teams across the country)
  • Excellent bilingual revision and proofreading skills, particularly in a digital context
  • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and passion for a job well done  
  • Teamwork-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills


Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Toronto, London, Winnipeg.
