Communications Associate Intern

Learning opportunities, responsibilities and expectations

• Craft content and copy that’s creative, clear, compelling, and audience-focused
• Partner in development of communications plans
• Develop, create and execute a variety of marketing communications tactics
• Build collaborative and productive relationships with colleagues and business partners across the organization

Skills and abilities required

• Very strong demonstrated business writing skills – for digital and print
• Must be self-motivated, self-managing, organized and able to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail

Days and times student must be available:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 37.5 hours per week

Expectation to be in the office one day a week.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.
